At TWCOST, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear

Return Process

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for the return

Our team will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem by offering a replacement or refund when applicable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and can no longer be canceled.
